Hop Villain
The newest member of the Big Al family, Hop Villain is a bit of a mystery. "Is he a bitter and hoppy IPA?" "Is he a toasty and chocolatey Porter?" Who knows,we don't, and he's not telling. What we do know is that Hop Villain combines the solid hop character of the one and the rich malt flavor of the other. Call him a Black IPA, a Cascadian Dark Ale, or an India Dark Ale if you must, the Hop Villain doesn't care.
