Big Al
alejandro "big al" brown - president/head brewer - it all started for big al when he moved to seattle from los angeles and discovered the wonderful craft beers of this region. it wasn't long before homebrewing became an obsession. now that obsession has reached a whole new level and big al had to go and open his own microbrewery.

Noelle
noelle brown - vice president/general manager (gmvp) this proud mom's beer drinking days started at wsu, however she didn't learn to truly enjoy beer until alejandro came in to her life. some say it was his winter warmer that finally won her over after two years of unsuccessful attempts for her heart.

Jerome
My first batch of home brewed beer happened in 1994. Thankfully it turned out excellently and I was hooked! I've
been pursuing beer and brewing knowledge ever since. With my background in graphic arts and interests in
cuisine, music, art, and literature I endeavor to create beer as an impeccable expression of Art and Craft.

Eddie
Eddie is a busy man. So busy he hasn't stopped to breath long enough to write a bio. Thats ok (for now), he's got lots to do, and no time to do it. Eddie, like everyone else here, has lots of things he does at the brewery, but what most will know him as is our primary Sales person (he also gets to drive the super cool big al brewing van around, lucky dog!). Some day soon I'll force him to sit down, have a beer, and write down some of his story, until then keep checking back.

Micah
Amateur home-brewer, and self proclaimed professional beer sampler, Micah Sims has been falling in love with craft brews ever since he was legal to imbibe adult beverages. Before joining the team at Big Al’s, he worked as a property manager for commercial buildings all over the South Puget Sound.
"Now I have the coolest job ever invented…brewing delicious craft-beer for the masses! I met Alejandro a few years back through a Homebrew Club, The Impaling Alers. He brewed especially tasty beer, so I thought I’d take some notes…and I still am!”
